Creating Wellness Treatments offers a comprehensive range of services designed to enhance your well-being. Our offerings include Sports & Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Facials, and many additional treatments tailored to meet your individual needs. With two decades of experience as a therapist and lecturer in Beauty and Complementary Therapies, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session. Additionally, I am a fully qualified Yin Yoga Teacher, integrating a holistic approach to wellness.
My career began with the ownership of a salon and training academy in the West Midlands, where I cultivated a strong foundation in both practical and educational aspects of therapy. A decade ago, I relocated to the vibrant community of Southsea, Portsmouth. Here, I have established a serene and professional therapy room within my home, dedicated to providing exceptional care and personalized treatments.
In order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment, I have a policy regarding male clients: I only accept male clients who are either existing clients, friends or relatives of existing clients, or individuals personally known to me.
